Dermal fillers have added new dimensions to the field of cosmetic aesthetics, allowing new forms of facial and lip rejuvenation with simple injections instead of surgery. In our practice at The Woodlands, TX, serving Spring, Conroe, and neighboring areas, we use dermal fillers like JUVÉDERM® to replace facial volume, reduce wrinkles, and improve the skin’s overall contour. They are used to literally “fill” skin that has lost tissue volume due to aging and sun damage. The new fillers are made of natural ingredients such as calcium and hyaluronic acid.
JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC injectable gel is the first and only Hyaluronic Acid (HA) filler FDA-approved to instantly add volume to the cheek area. It gives you a subtle lift, helping to restore contour and a more youthful profile.
Results from JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC are instantaneous and generally last anywhere from one and a half to two years, so there’s really nothing else on the market that compares to its longevity without a need for additional treatments.

Restylane® is an injectable gel. The hyaluronic acid is a tissue-friendly substance closely resembling the hyaluronic acid that occurs naturally in the body. By replenishing nature’s supply of hyaluronic acid, it revitalizes and plumps up the skin, instantly diminishing the appearance of lines and giving a softer look.

Restylane® Lyft differs from Restylane® primarily in the size of the particles and the depth of the required injection. Restylane® Lyft, used for deeper wrinkles, has larger particles that are injected deeper into the skin than Restylane®.
