During your EMSELLA® session, you’ll sit comfortably on the EMSELLA® chair fully clothed. As the HIFEM® energy is delivered, you’ll feel powerful muscle contractions and a slight tingling sensation. Each treatment lasts about 30 minutes, and most patients describe the experience as completely tolerable, even relaxing. You can read, listen to music, or simply rest while the treatment works its magic.
After your EMSELLA® session, you can immediately resume your normal activities—there’s no downtime at all. Some patients notice improvements after just a few sessions, although a full treatment plan typically includes around six sessions for optimal results.
